Mrs C E Ketnor of 29 Duke Street Mosbro has been officially informed that her husband Sapper Charles Edward Ketnor (Ted) 33 years old was killed in action in the North West European theatre of war on June 26th by fragments of a shell.  Spr Ketnor employed as a plumber by

Mr T Peat Eckington married Miss Ivy Littlewood Duke St Mosbro’ four years ago and has one child.  Formerly of Birdholme Crescent, Chesterfield, he had been in the RE’s for two years.
